Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes TOLEVITA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages in Transit
Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to make it right. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and [email us a photo at info@tolevita.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the shipment carrier on your behalf and send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your package tracking shows it was delivered, but you cannot find it:
- Please check your mailbox, porch, and with your neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to verify the GPS coordinates of the delivery.
- If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@tolevita.com.
International Shipping We currently ship to Canada UK AU NZ. Please note:
- Taxes are calculated at checkout
- You may have to pay additional fees upon delivery like customs import fee (depends on country policy)
- We use USPS with tracking numbers for international shipments
